1. Authorship Responsibility

By submitting to JRRS, authors warrant that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and does not infringe on any copyrights.

2. Peer Review

Authors agree to subject their work to a double-blind peer review process and to make necessary revisions as requested by the editorial board.

3. Fees

The Initial Processing Fee (₦5,000) is non-refundable, regardless of the editorial decision. The Publication Fee (₦30,000) is due only upon acceptance.

4. Open Access

Articles are published under the CC-BY 4.0 license, allowing free access and redistribution with proper attribution.
